I began training with Tommaso of Oak Park Fitness after I had consulted with my Physician regarding my obesity and health related issues of hypertension, high cholesterol levels and high blood sugar count.   I am 49 years old with a busy professional career and home life.

The results during training with Oak Park Fitness have been dramatic.  I have lost 40 lbs, 6 inches of my waist and my health has improved tremendously.  The key has been Tommaso's individual program designed to accommodate my work related travel schedule and busy home life.  Scheduling is easy via a smartphone app and I appreciate the cleanliness of the private studio for my individual session.  Diet, exercise and an ability to incorporate a healthier life style, more than a trainer but a life coach.  I cannot more strongly recommend Tommaso and Oak Park Fitness.
