We’re here to help you get your workouts in during the COVID-19 pandemic through virtual personal training.

We’ve taken our 10 years of experience delivering premium studio and home-training online – so that we can provide the exercise, connection and stress-relief you need during this unprecedented time.

All you need is a small amount of space, a screen (laptop, tablet or phone) and an Internet connection – we’ll take care of the rest.

Gold is perfect for those looking for longer workouts, extra support and/or written programs to do on their own.

How are we keeping our contact places clean, social distancing in place?

We are DISINFECTING all equipment with green Seventh Generation disinfecting multi-surface cleaner (kills 99.99% of bacterial and viruses * infused with lemongrass essential oil,  We Spray and don't rinse. AIR QUALITY- Indoor air purifier +  indoor fans + large windows open to circulate fresh air.  MASK ON! We keep our mask on and monitor the 6 FEET distancing CDC recommendation-  Indoor we stay 6 feet distance. NO CROWDS like the Indiana dunes- ONLY One client and one trainer at the time.  CONTACT-LESS TRANSACTIONS- Transactions are via invoice and are cashless.

Hi, I am Tommaso, welcome to our online studio, as an Oak Park resident and fitness trainer, I am grateful to our community for all the support and love that has been given to my business via the Go-fund-me campaign during the pandemic shut down - in addition a warm thank you to all the first res-ponders, nurses and doctors, grocery store operators, and share ride operators for their service.

I began training with Tommaso of Oak Park Fitness after I had consulted with my Physician regarding my obesity and health related issues of hypertension, high cholesterol levels and high blood sugar count.   I am 49 years old with a busy professional career and home life.
